Corporate responsibility

Did you know, if one of your employees died at work, YOU could end up in court?

Legal opinion, September 2007:

As an employer, you have a duty of care to your employees to protect those employees from unnecessary risk. Are the systems you employ capable of living up to this standard for your lone and vulnerable workers? With new technology available to protect your employees, if you do not invest in these services it may be arguable that you have failed in your duty.

Worse, if you actually know that the systems you use are not adequate to protect your workforce or you suspect this to be the case, you may find that you fall within the remit of the new Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.

Skyguard can help you minimise the risk.
