The MySOS Track and Call solution allows clients to manage alarms and track vulnerable individuals directly themselves. This cost-effective package is ideal for Telecare users or organisations operating their own call centre.
The MySOS is Europe’s smallest personal safety device that incorporates the latest GPS and GPRS technologies. Featuring mobile phone position request which enables you to see where the device is at any moment, as well as the SOS alarm function which can be managed in-house.
The following features are included in the MySOS Track and Call service package:
One button alarm
The MySOS features three main buttons which can be programmed with three phone numbers of your choosing. On pressing the SOS button, this will send the device’s GPS map location by SMS text message to the nominated phone number, followed by a two-way voice call. Two other buttons on the MySOS will simply call the nominated phone numbers in the same way as a mobile phone.
Two-way audio
The MySOS device has the same functions as a mobile phone, enabling you to talk and listen to any of your three contacts assigned to the device. The microphone is sensitive up to two metres.
Status LEDs
The Status LEDs display information showing you exactly what the device is doing. Indicators include GPS availability, GSM
connection and low battery warning.
Mobile phone position request
You can request the device's position by sending it a simple SMS text message. A reply with a web link to a map with the device's position will be sent, which can be viewed on an internet-enabled mobile phone or computer.
Compact design
Weighing only 40 grams, the compact and lightweight design of the MySOS personal safety device makes it convenient to use in everyday situations. It can be worn around the neck as a pendant, attached to a keyring, a belt using the optional holster accessory or an identity badge holder. Find out more about the accessories.
